Actually, according to the manager at Palo Alto, (25 year TV veteran), they make their own house mix from scratch that's different from the bottled mix. He said it was more concentrated, whatever that means. I mean, I doubt they simmered it into a reduction. Anyway, this was at Palo Alto and Emeryville- not sure it applies to all outposts. |
