It is a really cool place with decor but a total dive in the same respects. The place is notorious for fights and being a place for thugs to hang out. The drinks were way to strong when I was there. I asked about the financial status and the bartender told me that the rumor has been going on for like 15 years and that only for the right price would the bar actually sale. As for being a gay bar, I drove by it the other night and it seems to be the same with the same local hanging out back and in the patio.
