Though nowhere do I see the words "fresh lime". Could be too expensive in the desert.

On the contrary, the place I was staying this week had trees full to bursting with ripe oranges and lemons that were amazingly sweet and tasty. My mother-in-law went to a nearby farm one morning and came back with four huge shopping bags full of oranges, for dirt cheap. I was itching to mix a cocktail.

I was moaning in misery all last night with the realization that I could have gone to this place. It's amazing that someone would like tiki enough to invest in creating a restaurant, but not know to come here to advertise it! Doesn't anyone Google anymore?

The best tiki bar is the one that's within stumbling distance of your bed
