They make for a great effect, because en masse they make the place look intricately carved, yet they are made from molds and actually all the same. I could not figure out if they are lacquered plaster or some plastic compound painted like wood. In any case, they seem quite fragile and I wonder if whoever dismantles the place will make the effort to save them...?
