My company, Coconut Kiss is transitioning into a new direction in 2006. Originally offering a vast array of hawaiian-themed gifts, we are now focusing on a logo line of products to include apparel, accessories, stationary, etc; featuring our favorite character that is the face of Coconut Kiss, our happy hula girl, Maile (pronounced MY-LEE). We hope you would take a few minutes to complete our survey of 15 questions. This survey is targeted to parents with daughters between the ages of 2-13. There are a couple of questions that will need your daughters input as well. As our token of gratitude, we will offer you a FREE Coconut Kiss t-shirt for your daughter. Limit is one t-shirt, per each child/completed survey. Shirts will be sent once our production of the premiere line is complete (estimated March 2006) We will ask for your shipping information at the end of the survey.
