just to be clear, there is a difference between aluminum trees and shiny silvery trees. Aluminum are made with, well, aluminum. Most of the modern ones are made out of some polymer - and those are indeed safe with lights and fiber optics. But you don't want to put lights on a real aluminum tree. --SBiM |
