Can you imagine the hoopla if the bulldozers showed up one morning at the Grand Ole Opry or Graceland? I guess we are the "recycle" generation. Build it, use it, throw it away, recycle it. Shut down CBGB's, gut it, flush it out and install a new Starbucks. There...that's better.
