Well... I called them, good for you, bad for me... your order shipped yesterday. I located the article number through the bishop museum press (CARL) telnet database and have sent the museum another inquiry... In case you (or others) are interested the call # for the article is: Thanks for the offer J. 7 ps. I think I'll convert the document to html / pdf and give it back to the museum so others can have access to it without going through this antiquated "paper-full" process.
