My enjoyment of mai tais at home was placed on hold because I could not find orgeat syrup anywhere. I couldnt even find a store that knew what I was talking about. Finally I bought "almond syrup" at a specialty shop where they sell gourmet food products like fancy cookies from Belgium. Its the same thing and the mai tais are now flowing freely at my pad. I have also seen almond syrup at TJ Maxx stores. |
