Here are pics of the mysterious Mystery Bowl, and others. This was bought in a lot which contained perhaps 6-7 early Mai Kai mugs and this Harper original bowl for about $600 (not by me unfortunately. I would have sold every mug, menu and swizzle I owned for what was in that box!).
