I usually use a router speed control to slow down the grinder when I am sanding. It gives Great control and I NEVER Burn the diska, and I use 220 grit sometimes. Well I slowed down the chain disk too and MAN What a diffrence. I had Much better control and actually had a better finish than with it full speed. So Try it you may like it. Didn't mean to hijack your thread but you have generated a Lot of interest in the chain disk. Way to go. Hurry with that tiki, we're all sitting on the edge of our seats waiting. Thanks
