A Mai Tai should ALWAYS be shaken and NEVER have a float - EVER! (And what's with the ones in the pic from the Honolulu? What's that 'stuff' at the bottom? Looks like they've been sittin' out so long all the ice has melted! Blecch!)

Agreed. The Honolulu's Mai Tais have not been shaken yet! They do look similar to the Taipei Trader Vics picture when they are shaken... those were real good drinks at the old Honolulu.
