These are the pics of them straight from the kiln. I figure, I'll smooth out some of the rough spots with sandpaper, fire them again with a glaze,have a MaiTai in each of them, make molds from them, test it out the mold & make another set if all goes well. In retro,I should have used a white talc clay body or porceline. Or,ideally,is it recomended to make them from an oil clay?
I use a slab roller and coils primarily in my clay work. trouble shooting helps always!There's SOOOO much to know & do and too few hours in my day!
