Question on Tattoos: Because of the legal ramifications of a Tattoo artist at a tiki event, mentioned by Tikibars, what about Henna? It's not permanent, but it would last the weekend. I wonder if there's a version that leaves a black stain rather than the orange-ish hue it generally leaves? |
