I have yet to open up my Pisco. Here is a recipe mu sister sent me:
Pisco Sour:
Mix 1/2 oz. Pisco
3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
1 oz. simple syrup (3 parts sugar, one part water)(Trader Vic's rock candy syrup?)
1 egg white.
Shakw with ice; strain into a small cocktail glass. Top with Angostura bitters.
