Just got off the phone with Bonnie Gross.

I explained my position expressed in my previous post and she put me on hold while she talked to Justin Chang, the Entertainment Producer responsible for purging our votes and reviews. Upon returning she informed me that Chang wiped the votes because they suspected a restaurant sponsored voting campaign. Since that was not the case she said perhaps some of the reviews could be reinstated but the votes were gone forever. Initially she offered to give me Chang's phone number but then rescinded saying I would get no further with Chang but hat they would confer and e-mail me a solution that she hopes leaves our community satisfied. I will post the e-mail here

In the mean time VOTE AGAIN and get all you friends to VOTE for the Mai Kai, write specific reviews using your real names and don't be afraid to admit the Mai Kai could use a paint job and a good dusting.
