Get two fish bowls. One with fish is on the bar, the other just has water and is hidden beneath the bar. Guests all see the live fish. When they are not looking, switch bowls. The live fish will be safe under the bar and the water filled bowl is on the bar. Start the blender and tell everyone you just made a fish drink, they will look at the empty bowl and freak out. This alternative provides the requisite shock value and saves the life of fish. The tiki gods frown on the mistreatment of all animals.
