It was too late to make the print issue which came out last week, but East Bay Express Arts Calendar Editor Kelly Vance managed to get this online: "BEST TIKI BAR": http://www.eastbayexpress.com/bestof/award.php?oid=oid:168175§ion=oid:17196&year=2006 Pretty good considering they were open less than two weeks when the new Best Of issue came out.
