To find obscure paper items like that with an actual tiki logo... that's so rare! I couldn't possibly twist your arm to take a closeup photo of it, could I? Swamp - Not so shabby yourself! There's a copy of that book right now in eBay Stores with a Buy-it-Now of $150 on it. Thanks for the nice closeup pic from the cover.
