Tahitian Tingle - Tiki Drinks and Food

I came to the scene where the butler asks Steve Martins character if would like something to drink. Dr. Hafharrah (Funnier to hear) asks for a Tahitian Tingle. A few minutes later the butler comes back with a metal glass with a flame coming out of the top and a cocktail umbrella on a realllllyyyyy long pick to put it above the flame. Funny scene with the styrofoam walls and all.... But! Does anyone have a recipe for a Tahitian Tingle? Or at least a recipe in need of a name that could adopt the Tinlge name? Anyone?
