I tend to use pure bottled lime juice, which is exactly what you think it is. I'm not sure how it's packaged over in the States, but over here it's found in small-ish bottles, or even smaller lime-sized plastic containers. It's nowhere near as good as fresh lime juice, but completely different to Roses, which is a lime cordial rather than a juice. Trader Woody |
