When people have criticisms, observations, suggestions it's best for these complaints to be expressed directly, I believe. I'm sorry for making people feel defensive, but I'd rather share my opinion in hopes that something better could happen. I'll always volunteer! I'm a firm believer that if I'm gonna talk the talk, I better walk the walk. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for tomorrow... Manic C
