Canadian brews are laughably tame by American craft beer standards though Bièropholie, Dieu du Ciel, St. Ambroise and Heritage Brewing make some tasty stuff.

Pardon me, but I highly doubt you've tried every hand crafted micro brewed bottle of love in Canada. Though it is your opinion only, I still don't appreciate that remark.

If you are speaking of the mass produced crap that is Molson Canadian, Kokanee, and all the other garbage beers(which are ok if you can't afford the more expensive, quality stuff) then I apologize.

To name a few: Backhand of God Stout by Crannóg Ales, Hermannator Ice Bock by Vancouver Island Brewery. Pretty much anything by Phillips Brewing Company, Spinnakers Brewery and Buckerfields Brewery all right here in Victoria B.C.

Please understand that this is a forum spanning the globe, many different countries are represented here. I personally don't appreciate such anti-beer sentiment. The same thing could be said of any country. The are many 'laughably tame' beers available everywhere, so take the time to seek out those worth while of your gullet, and ralax a little, guy.
