Everyone knows about fighting robots, soccer playing robots, interactive toy robot dogs, etc. But at the RoboGames there's also ArtBots that play music, paint pictures, "dance," or make a Martini:

Name of Event: ArtBot - Bartending
Number of Robots per Event: One
Length of Event: No limit
Robot Weight Range: No limit
Robot Dimensions: No limit
Arena Specifications: N/A
Robot Control Specifications: Autonomous

Event Rules:

A bartending robot is any robot that can prepare mixed drinks for the user. At a minimum, each robot will be required to be able to prepare a martini. The competition will be scored on the following:

Aesthetics – does it look good?
Style – does it prepare the drink with style or dramatic flare?
Delivery – Can it deliver the drink after it is made?
Versatility – can it prepare more than a martini?
Three judges will score the aesthetics and style categories on a scale of 1 to 10. Their scores will be added together for a subtotal. Each robot will have three minutes to prepare at least a martini. Each robot will prepare its drinks on a folding table that is 6’x 2’6” which has a Formica top. If the robot is able to deliver its drinks then it will be required to deliver one drink to a position of 5’ from the table’s edge. Five points will be added to the subtotal if it can successfully deliver this drink. If the robot is able to prepare more than one type of drink, two additional points will be added to the subtotal for each additional, unique drink prepared within the three minutes with a limit of four additional drinks.
