wow! I feel like a jerk 'cause I missed this! Thanks for the birthday wishes (I'm sooooo belated in my thank you!) I just wanted to share the cake my friend Kassy made for me (some of you met her when you came to vancouver she came with me to Raglan's and the Waldorf)..... The whole thing (except for the hula girls and base) is edible.. the flowers are sugarpaste.. the torches are wafers... It was really heartbreaking to eat it.. (I attacked from the back)
