Thanks for the Live Help help, folks, but according to 'Rosalie' in the Live Help department "Live Help is not available for listing issues. Listing issues can only be resolved via e-mail. Send your e-mail to and you will receive a response in 24 to 48 hours." So, I did - now I just hafta wait... |
