That collection looks familiar. Have I seen it in a store maybe?

yep. Stores done with it, wants to get rid of it in one quick turnover. we want to make an original tiki artist section in its place with consignment items from people I have met that need a retail place to show their stuff. I was the first local guy to get my stuff in there, and at my urging we are going to get more quality artist's work to sell. Kirby will probably be the second person. But we needed more space. Owner said I could take a cut if i moved the whole lot for him on ebay. He doesn't like computers and is too busy. I offered it here first to see if anyone "cool" from this site wanted it before some dealer snatched it up and parted it out for profit. This sale is not for the store though. The collection in the store is going to be taken out, sold or not. In the store it was for sale as a lot only too. Actual price that he will part with it is around the old posted store asking price(But that's privy to San Diego insiders ), but this also includes about 80? or so not in the store and not for sale display ones behind the counter, as well as other notables not in the store.(no pictures of any of those) SSSH!! Matt, Don't let anyone you know the old asking price. That would be insider trading. You and your friends might think you can make a quick profit if you pool your money together and buy it, because knowing what you know, you then know the potential profit realized in the purchase of this collection. Good thing I know who you hang with...I seriously think I'm going to buy this tomorrow morning anyway. Matt, you get first crack at any of them you want. Just give me a couple of days to figure out how much they are really worth. Anyway, they are priced low to move the whole set and we probably figured some dealer or collector would take the time to break it up and keep the ones he/she wanted. We're not. That's like working for slave wages when I think about it.
Hey Matt: How much do you think it is worth as you remember seeing it in person? As the soon to be owner of this set, I want to make my vacation plans now...Got any idea?
