I prefer Monin to all other brands that I have Tried. I manage a wine and liquor shop and I have had the opportunity to try just about everything out there. My second choice is Trader Vics, although I am not sure about the claim of "Double Strength". KuKuAhu. I do dig your idea of making orgeat from natural almond milk.
