I didn't check the clip you posted, because my computer won't play some flash and other stuff at the moment. But if you want to post the link here http://www.surfguitar101.com I'm sure many people there would be able to help you figure out what is similar.

if it's spy type stuff your looking for, a good comp. is Secret Agent Sounds, On Shag's old Mai Tai records lable, but it's long outta print. happy hunting for that. but it's worth the search.
