"Juice of one lime" is how I do it . . . . the limes are 6/$1 locally. If it finishes out a little too tart (depending on the size of the individual lime) . . I can always add a few more drops of my own version of Rock Candy Syrup, or even an additional 'splash' of dark rum. It's all good! GH |
