The Hanalei is on the North side of Hwy 8, close to where 8 crosses Hwy 5. It's totally impossible to miss. It's like, massive. Just take 8 to the Taylor Street exit, go to the North side, and park on the side street in front of the AAA building. The parking is free. The Hanalei is two doors East.

The all-knowing LoungeLizard says there is a dirt lot immediately East of the Hanalei, it's overflow parking for rental cars, but you can park there too. I haven't tried this, but I trust LoungeLizard... LoungeLizard knows all...
