Personally, I can't see how work based on South Seas artifacts couldn't be tiki. To me the idea of someone getting home from work , or sitting in suburbia somewhere, and carving themself an obscure and primitive object - that epitomises the whole concept of tiki.

I've never been much into PNG stuff, being much more a classical Polynesian fan, but I'm really starting to warm to it. You're doing some very cool pieces, and the new one is no exception.
