Mbanu,

Frank Pult managed the Trader Vics in Oakland.

"Oakland Tribune", 29th January 1955.

"More familiar than the outrigger canoes hanging over Trader Vic's bar in Oakland is the friendly face of Frank Pult, known to Trader's patrons and employees as "Pop." He has been with Trader Vic since 1936, one year before the restaurant acquired its present name, and Polynesian atmosphere. He knows all the secrets of the exotic rum drinks which have made the place famous. He believes that the reason they are so successful is that only fresh ingredients (fresh orange juice, lime juice, pineapple) are mixed with the fine rums, and the concoctions are never too sweet."

Cheers!

George
