I interviewed with a firm that did just that in CA for Disney, and they were hardball. Of course I did not get the job! I think the shirt is sub par anyway. The real nice Tiki Disney shirt is the old Tiki Room shirt, real colorful and great graphics. I have seen it attract bids of over $300 on ebay.
