Hello I have the standards i.e. exotica, surf,
rockabilly but would like some of the offbeat
hawaiin songs from the 50's and 60's. What
would be some suggestions and where do I go to
find them. Lets here some of your favorites!

Well, most aren't really "off-beat" but you might
want to think about the Webley Edward's "Hawaii
Calls" radio program recordings. You can download
an album by the Hawaii Calls Orchestra, "Sunkissed
Hits Of Hawaii, in .rar format (like .zip but you
need WinRar or a similar program to uncompress the
file) at http://rapidshare.de/files/25057275/Hawaii_Calls_Orchestra.rar
if you want.

You can listen to internet broadcasts of the orig-
inal shows (AND buy a couple of retrospective CD's)
here:

Hope that this helps.
