The main reason we like North Carolina it for a jumping off point to sail the Caribbean and eventually we want to sail around the world. My husband is 48 and I am 47. We know if we don't do it now it will be never! That said I'm off to look at some smaller houses open houses in Kailua! It's not over 'til the fat lady sings!
