Wow. The Ohana is pretty worked up. I didn't take the course to show anyone up--I really wanted to learn stuff. Unfortunately, so far I haven't learned anything I can't learn in books. With any luck, The Beachbum's seminar will fill in all the holes in my learning. The only thing I have over most bartenders in the commitment to make a fine cocktail--not necessarily the ability. But I'm learning and I plan on making a Rob Roy just as soon as I make all the drinks in the Grog Log and Intoxica. |
