Fish..we own our house and property, just bought less than a year ago. Don't be scared of it.. It seems overwhelmingly intimidating when you are trying to buy/get the red tape done/get the loan out of the way. Sometimes it will seem like all the elements of the world working against you owning a home. But once it's done it's the greatest feeling in the world. Not to mention a nice tax writeoff! And you can put all the holes in the wall and all the giant dinosaurs in the yard that you want.
