I really love the Flat headed Hei-Tiki too. He looks a bit different... Take your time with the wood, it will come and you'll get to a point where you can't put it down. Then you will find the magic in the wood. I guess it will be like me finding something in carving the green Stone that doesn't want to let go. It really grabs you and latches on. It is very possessive.
