I promise all of you as soon as I smoke in it..I'll share the results. I did send photos to Eve Bergeron, and the exec staff at Vic's like Hans and Sven.
Have not heard a peep out of the TV staff. The Bar Manager at TV Scottsdale is Steve Blume, and he loves it! He actually wants a TV Smoker himself, and I told him I would look out for another.

I need a talented Bamboo artists to recreate the Handles and push poles...any suggestions..Ben??
