flair bartending - Beyond Tiki

If he gets that measurement right... then I vote for flair! If not, then I'll have to group flair bartending along with another pet peeve of mine: the screaming, chanting and/or singing at the top of their lungs restaurant waitstaff in response to a diner actually admitting that "today's my birthday!".
