Hey gap
If you have a look on page 7 you'll see some pics of the beaches I fossick and the stone I use. It's greywacke, which is a hardened sandstone, and can be found all over the world. I see Benz and Amy are using "river stone" for the garden which looks similar, however the ones I get are very carefully picked for colour, shape, consistency and hardness so they'll take the detail required. There is a huge variation in quality amongst this stone.
