Say. Is the "Edit" function on TC always active?

I mean...after you post the winning number...perhaps I can go back and edit my post with that winning number and claim, "Hey...I had that number first!"

Of course, anyone that posted before me could do the same thing thus overriding my claim. And if others did the same thing...we could end up with a thread of all winning numbers!
