Hmm, looks like it's SUPPOSED to be a Tiki, with a Hawaiian head dress. It seems like a Filipino dragon mask carver's attempt to branch out into Tiki statue carving. We had some posts on those masks here somewhere...(don't know under what search word to find them though).

As an additional piece, hidden among lots of other Tiki jetsam and flotsam, that baby could pass.
