Bakersfield.....really. Last year Bakersfield was THEE 2nd hottest real estate market in the country. There's a couple of dead palm trees still standing that I've been eyeing for a few years now, right on the 99 your area. Perfect for carving rootballs. But I think Caltrans gods own them and hell would be paid if I tried to nab them without asking permission. Aloha!
