Well he has gap teeth, a goofy smile, and wavy lines radiating from his head in the caricature at the top of the webpage, so he well may be Crazy. As to being Cuban, my only reference points are Ricky Ricardo and Castro, and he doesn't resemble either, so I am skeptical. Perhaps if we can see his arms, and find that he is wearing frilly sleeves, then I will be convinced.
