Tiki Backyard in Yorba Linda - Neighbors Protest - General Tiki

I know that these posts date back to over a year ago so im not sure if anyone will be seeing this but I just discovered it for the first time and was quite happy to see all of your positive posts and replies! If only our neighbors had your same views. To answer the question that I read in these posts about what rules that were changed, it is now against code to build ANYTHING that is over 24 feet tall that does not fall into "cookie cutter" structure.. so if you live in YL and wanted to build anything from a tiki hut to a lighthouse you can thank my neighbors that now you cant :( If your interested in seeing the backyard in its completed state iv added a couple pics. again, thanks for your support & Long Live Tiki!
