I'm sure the owners could make some serious dough just renting it out for parties. I bet that would get the neighbors' goat. Sounds like they deserve it. It's very strange that this type of thing is happening all over Orange County. You'd think that with the generally nice weather that we get here, more people would be interested in tropical decor. At the very least, I'd think they would do more than a little to make new friends so as to get invited over once in a while. I wouldn't mind being invited over there for a few hours on a Saturday.
