p.s. after the Kona Club was open in Oakland, a fire person came in ( ON A HUNCH!?) (Hmmmm) and made them Fire retard the whole place. Floor to ceiling, wall to wall!. I've also heard through the grapevine that city's are trying to rid thatch/ palapas / etc. in the future. In the entire time I've been doing this stuff, I've only heard of one fire and the fool put tiki torches under his palapa!!! Doh!!! Good luck!!! |
