Just returned from 2 weeks in LA and the Bay Area, my carryon bulging with tiki schwag. I would've filled up an entire suitcase if I could've afforded the ridiculous prices most dealers were asking. Fortunately, I found a couple of bargains at flea markets.


L-R: Al Harrington Ku mug with handle, Forbidden Island signature mug, Mark Thomas Outrigger Moai, Harvey's Lake Tahoe Hula Girl mug, wooden tiki statue, Harvey's Sneaky Tiki mug, Daga Warrior mug.

I also found this beautiful hand-painted mug from Norwegian Cruise Lines that features everyone's favorite finny Hawaiian fishy, the Humuhumunu:

Here's a better look at the tiki carving. It's clearly female, and looks Rarotongan. Any clues as to its identity would be much appreciated.
